About the performance

In the stage version of Erich Kästner’s novel “The Little Man”, viewers of all generations will have the opportunity to experience that wonderful childhood day when a traveling circus has arrived in the city, the smell of cotton candy and fried popcorn is in the air, and no one has the slightest idea where adventures will lead.

The novel reveals that each of us has a special place in this world, and no one is unsuccessful or worse than anyone else. The touching story of Max Pihelstein tells that even a five-centimeter-long man can fulfill a big dream and become a real circus artist. But to get what he wants, Max has to be not only persistent and decisive, but also very brave. At the moment when the Little Man has almost fulfilled his dream and become famous all over the world, a terrible crime happens that turns everything upside down.

A show for the whole family, for children from 1st to 6th grade.
