Gift cards
At the box office for Valmiera Theatre performances, you can purchase an electronic gift card for any amount (minimum value EUR 15).
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used in multiple transactions.
Any unused balance remains on the card for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Electronic gift cards can be exchanged for tickets at any sales point of “Biļešu paradīze”. They are also valid for purchases in the online store bilesuparadize.lv.

Students: 10% discount
Pensioners: 15% discount
ITIC card holders: 10% discount
Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences card holders (students and lecturers): 15% discount
Valmiera Culture Card holders: 15% discount
For persons with disabilities, a 30% discount applies to all performances upon presenting a disability certificate.
Teachers bringing a student group (15 or more people) receive free admission.
Group visits (from 10 spectators) receive a 10% discount.
Wheelchair users can attend performances free of charge; an accompanying person must purchase a ticket. Wheelchair seating must be reserved in advance by calling the box office at 64207335.
Discounts do not apply to children’s performances, guest performances, and specially priced shows.
Discount cards must be presented at the box office when purchasing tickets.
IMPORTANT! When attending a performance, both the ticket and the discount card must be presented for ticket control.
Information
During performances and events, photography and filming take place. Photos and videos may be used for promotional materials.
Purchased tickets at the box office are not exchanged or refunded (except in cases of changed or cancelled performances).
Tickets must be purchased for each spectator regardless of age. For children’s performances, tickets are required for all spectators. For evening performances intended for adult audiences, children under 7 years old are not admitted.
Persons under the influence of intoxicating substances are not admitted to performances.
After the third bell, entry to the auditorium is no longer allowed.
During performances, please turn off mobile phones and do not use them for texting or games – screen light disturbs other audience members and performers.
Filming, photographing, and audio recording during performances is only allowed with permission from the theatre administration.
Flowers intended for performers may be handed to the theatre staff, specifying the recipient. The flowers will be presented to the performer on stage.
Smoking is not allowed in the premises of Valmiera Theatre.
